Scope of Householder Design Supplementary Planning Guidance
Consultation has concluded
We would like your views on the scope of the proposed Householder Design Supplementary Planning Guidance, a document that will provide additional guidance on how the design related policies contained in the Local Development Plan should be interpreted.
It is aimed at built design professionals, e.g. architects, urban designers and developers, home owners, and Officers and Members of the Council but it will also be of relevance to anyone else with an interest in the delivery of quality residential design and public spaces.
We would very much like to hear what you think of this document and what your priorities for action are.
